YAY! We are in the 21st Century!

Do you have a maintenance issue? Or maybe you want noticed that we are low on supplies? Maybe you want to reserve space in the living room or garden? What ever you cause or concern may be, we want to know.

The I AM Community is now implemeting a new system that we ask all residents to use. All service requests will now be handled through our new ticketing system. 

This advanced system also allows you to upload pictures of what you are trying to explain. It's a quick, easy and more efficient way to get things done.

So good news! No more slipping a note or two under the resident manager's door!

The form will be forwarded to the respective department and you will be notified of a scheduled resolution by email.
